2 Due to the divestment (as of 30 September 2019) of the iron plant in Herzogenburg of GF Casting Solutions, the social performance indicators presented here include the data from the respective site until end of September 2019.
3 The 2018 social performance indicators here are presented according to the consumption at two divested plants of GF Casting Solutions (Singen and Mettmann, both in Germany) while part of the GF Corporation (11 months of 2018). In the calculation of the target-relevant social indicators for all the years in this overview, the two divested sites are excluded.
4 The reduction in these KPIs is mainly as a result of the divestment of the sites of GF Casting Solutions in 2018 and 2019.
